Marion L. Carcone |
| Marion
Carcone (pronounced car-CO-ni) has enjoyed living and working in the Aurora
area her entire life. She was born and raised in Richmond Hill, has lived
in King City, and moved to Aurora in 1972. Marion has raised her four children
here, two daughters and two sons, and is very familiar with the area's school
systems and recreational facilities. Having already established two still-thriving businesses in the area, Marion embarked upon her real estate career in 1989. Shortly afterwards she joined Aurora's "premier market presence" real estate firm, RE/MAX York Group Realty Inc., Brokerage earning 100% Club status in her first year. Marion has achieved and exceeded that accomplishment, with this same office, every year since. She was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 1997, holds the Registered Relocation Specialist (RRS) designation, and in 2005 received the coveted RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. |
| Marion has always believed strongly in community involvement. She has served in the Girl Guides |
| organization,
has been a long-term member in Aurora's Chamber of Commerce, and since joining
RE/MAX, has been a major supporter of and contributor
to, Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children through the Children's
Miracle Network. Marion prides herself in her ability to work successfully with all manner of residential requirements, and in all price ranges. Dear Marion: Our family would like to say many, many thanks for the hours of work that you put into selling our home and finding us "the home of our dreams". It has been a pleasure getting to know you, especially when you seem to understand exactly what we were looking for." - David and Diane Dear Marion: Ron and I are so pleased with everything you have done for us, all the hard work and dedication. You can bet for sure that we will highly recommend you. - Catherine & Ron Smyth Dear Marion: I saw last Thursday's newspaper and wanted to say "congratulations!" on your success at RE/MAX. You certainly deserve it. Thanks again for all your help last May and June when we found our new home. - Sue Rozlowsky Dear Marion: Thank you so much for your guidance and support in helping to sell our home. - Mary Anne & Chris Dear Marion: Michele and I have settled quite nicely in our new home and are thoroughly enjoying the neighbourhood. I want to restate that I certainly appreciate your perserverance and professionalism. I would not hesitate to utilize or recommend your services again. - Brad Hatt Realtor Extraordinaire - It has been said that one of the three most stressful life events is moving, but that is not the case when you have Marion L. Carcone working with you to sell your home. From the minute we met Marion we felt totally comfortable and relaxed with her. We knew that we had placed the sale of our home in the hands of someone who knew what they were doing and would act in our best interests. We were not disappointed. Six days from the time we signed with Marion as our representative the 'SOLD' sign was placed on our lawn. During this time Marion promptly returned our calls, answered any questions we had, and continually was in contact with us to let us know what was going on. She demonstrated an endless supply of optimism and her sense of humour was always evident. She obviously has fun doing her job and it shows in the quality of service that she brings to her clients. Our one regret - we do not have another home for Marion to sell, but when we do, she is the only Realtor we want. - Gordon Hovey & Myrna Dawson |
